All our classes focus on building a strong and mobile body. All the exercises are scalable and progressive to suit your current ability so that nobody gets left behind. Every class includes at least 15 minutes of proper stretching as this is just as important as training in order to stay healthy and strong!

Fat Burn Class:

At Body Project, we are always happy to help our clients achieve their fitness goals. If you would like to discuss one of our classes or a personal training session, please contact us with your query.

All classes are priced at £5 (Yoga is £8) and must be booked in advance. Please be advised that if you have not pre-booked your place in a class, there will not be an opportunity to purchase a spot on the day. All sessionsare limited to 10 participants to ensure that our instructor has ample time to attend to every client.

In addition to our specialised courses, we also operate an open gym session every Saturday morning 10am-11am. This gives our clients ample opportunity to use the gym space to work on their training and apply skills that they have learnt in class into practice. During our open gym sessions, a trainer will be on hand to assist you or offer expert advice and guidance regarding your work out. Our facilities are designed to provide our clients a safe and specialised environment to practice and train.
