Our experienced instructors incorporate and cover all of the very best bodyweight and cardio exercises uniquely and comprehensively. We combine a variety of activities that are taken from different strength building and gymnastic/cardio disciplines to create a personalised and specific workout to target fat burning.
When you attend a Caliburn Class at Body Project, you will learn about endurance and cardio fitness. We focus less on strength building and muscle mass in this class. Instead, we turn our attention to fat burning and body conditioning. This is to ensure that your joints can handle more challenging and specialised exercises in the future.
Our experienced instructors ensure that there is adequate time taken in every class for a warm-up and warm-down stretches. Flexibility and motility are essential elements of a healthy body and reduce the risk of injury.
All classes at Body Project are available for all ages and abilities. We cater to a wide range of different capabilities and provide our services to suit beginners, pro athletes and everyone in between. We limit our classes to 10 people per session to ensure that all attendees receive the high quality of service that we strive to provide. Due to this, all places in Body Project must be booked in advance.
